For group coaching, you will be placed into a group that shares similar goals, needs and or lifestyle factors. Not only will you get advice tailored to this, but you will also be part of a community that understands your situation.
For VIP private coaching, you receive a truly one-of-a-kind service. From the coaching sessions to the tracking methods, down to the individual recipes, every aspect of the program is personalised to your goals, needs and lifestyle, schedule and preferences.
Optimising fitness and achieving your desired physique requires resistance training and muscle development. Weight loss without resistance training leads to muscle loss, resulting in reduced fitness and an unfavourable appearance. Therefore, we strongly recommend at least two sessions per week.
The type of training and the choice between working out at the gym or at home is yours to make. We’re here to support you in planning either option.
At Nutrition Zurich, we do not ‘believe’ in any specific diet. We base our programme on evidence-based recommendations tailored to you. If you have an eating style that is important to you (e.g. vegan or gluten free), we will do our best to accommodate this.
You do not need to track calories as we use digital solutions with our app. Having this form of tracking your nutrition alongside an expert coach provides substantial benefits like flexibility, control, easy adjustments, and a valuable learning experience. Generally, this approach yields swift results with less restriction and less issues related to hunger and satiety.
If tracking isn’t feasible at all, we offer other solutions that can also propel you toward your goals.
